Terms of Use

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You may use the Services only if you are at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to these Terms on your behalf.

1.2 You may use the Services only if you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and are not listed on any sanctions or restricted-party list maintained by the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations.

1.3 You must not use a VPN, proxy, device spoofing, or similar method to misrepresent your location or otherwise circumvent a geographic or eligibility restriction we apply.

1.4 You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful where you live, and for complying with all applicable local laws. We do not represent that the Services are appropriate, legal, or available in every country, and we may restrict or deny access in any jurisdiction at our discretion.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

2.1 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2.2 You may operate only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is not allowed and may result in forfeiture of rewards and suspension.

2.3 You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. HOW MINING WORKS

3.1SIBLE is earned through the app’s mining feature, which runs in defined sessions: you take an in-app action to activate a session, SIBLE accrues over the course of that session, and you then collect the accrued reward.

3.2 Certain actions, including activating a session and earning bonus rewards, may require completing an in-app task, such as watching an ad, before the reward is credited.

3.3The current session length, schedule, accrual rate, bonus mechanics, and daily limits are set out in the app and may change from time to time as described in Section 4. A session you don’t activate does not accrue any reward.

3.4 Signing up with a valid referral code grants a one-time bonus, credited on registration.

4. SIBLE BALANCE AND THE TOKEN GENERATION EVENT

4.1Before Sible’s Token Generation Event (“TGE”), your in-app SIBLE balance is a record of participation, not a financial asset. It cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged, and it does not represent equity, ownership, or any claim against Sible or its affiliates.

4.2 We intend for pre-TGE SIBLE balances to convert 1:1 into mainnet SIBLE at TGE, but this is not guaranteed. Whether, when, and on what terms a TGE occurs is at our discretion and may be affected by legal, technical, or market conditions.

4.3We may adjust mining rates, session structure, reward formulas, and referral multipliers over time, including reductions, to keep the reward pool sustainable as the user base grows. We’ll communicate material changes in-app.

4.4 Balances earned in violation of these Terms, including through bots, multi-accounting, or referral abuse, may be withheld or forfeited.

5. REFERRAL PROGRAM

5.1 Referral rewards are paid only for real, unique individuals who genuinely join and use the Services, across the referral tiers and rates currently shown in the app.

5.2 Self-referrals, referral loops, incentivized or purchased installs, and any other manipulation of the referral system are prohibited.

5.3 Referral rates and tier structure may change over time, including scheduled reductions. We may revoke referral rewards traced back to accounts that violated these Terms.

6. THIRD-PARTY ADS AND OFFERS

6.1 Ads shown within Sible, including ads tied to mining or bonus features, are provided by third-party ad networks and, where used, offerwall partners.

6.2Whether an ad or offer counts as completed, and whether a reward is credited, is determined by that partner’s own tracking and may be delayed or denied.

6.3 We are not a party to your interactions with advertisers and are not responsible for their content or conduct. Any purchase or signup you make with a third party through an offer is at your own risk.

7. YOUR CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS

7.1 If you submit content to us, including support messages, feedback, or material for social or community tasks, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it to operate and promote the Services.

7.2You confirm you have the rights to what you submit and that it doesn’t violate any law or third party’s rights. We may review, reject, or remove submissions at our discretion.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not, and may not help anyone else, do any of the following (each a “Prohibited Activity”):

• 8.1 use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• 8.2 evade sanctions or a geographic or eligibility restriction, including via VPNs, proxies, or device spoofing;
• 8.3 create or operate more than one account, or interfere with any identity or eligibility check;
• 8.4 use bots, scripts, emulators, or device farms to interact with mining, reward, or referral features;
• 8.5 manipulate or attempt to manipulate mining, referral, reward, or advertising mechanisms, including ad fraud and referral abuse;
• 8.6 attack, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Services or their infrastructure;
• 8.7 scrape or misuse other users’ data, or reverse-engineer the Services; or
• 8.8 infringe our intellectual property or a third party’s rights.

9. ANTI-FRAUD AND ENFORCEMENT

9.1 We use automated and manual review to detect bots, multi-accounting, referral abuse, and ad fraud.

9.2If we reasonably suspect a violation, we may suspend or limit your account, withhold or claw back rewards tied to the violation, and block associated devices. Where practical, we’ll give you a way to appeal through support.

10. TAXES

10.1You’re responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to rewards you receive through the Services. We don’t provide tax advice and don’t withhold or remit taxes on your behalf unless the law requires it.

11. NO FINANCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE; RISK DISCLOSURE

11.1 Any information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You should not take, or refrain from taking, any action based on information made available through the Services.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms, or provided through the Services, establishes a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship between you and Sible. We explicitly disclaim any duty to provide advice, updates, or corrections to information accessed through the Services.

11.3 Digital assets carry real risk, including total loss of value. We do not guarantee that SIBLE will be listed on any exchange, reach any particular price, or that a TGE will happen on any timeline.

11.4 You use the Services at your own risk and are solely responsible for evaluating that risk, for verifying any information before relying on it, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including where digital-asset activity may be restricted. Before making any financial, legal, or tax decisions involving the Services, you should seek independent professional advice.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12.1 The Sible Network app, website, branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

13.1The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or timeliness.

13.2To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranty that access to the Services will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Services will meet your expectations or requirements, and we don’t guarantee the value of SIBLE.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 Under no circumstances will Sible Network or any of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible property, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.2 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations in this Section may not apply to you. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

15.1You agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify us and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms, the rights of any third party, or any applicable law; (c) your submitted content; or (d) any other party’s access to or use of the Services using any device or account that you own or control, whether or not caused by you.

16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

16.1 We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, at any time in our sole discretion and without prior notice, for conduct we determine violates these Terms, including a Prohibited Activity, or harms other users, us, or third parties.

16.2 We may also apply lesser measures at our discretion, such as limiting a feature or a piece of content, without prior notice. Our determinations regarding a suspected violation are final and binding, except as we may otherwise allow through an appeal via support.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

17.1 These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17.2 To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

17.3 Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved directly through support.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

18.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, any portion of the Services, at any time in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

18.2Unless otherwise specified, changes to these Terms are effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes; we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms. If you continue to use the Services after a change takes effect, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

19.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sible Network regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.

19.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19.3 No Waiver; Assignment. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so in the future. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer ours to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor.

19.4 Force Majeure. We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

19.5 Notice. We may give you notice under these Terms using commercially reasonable methods, including through the app, email, or public communications channels; notice will be effective as of the date of posting.
