Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) for Sible Network (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) describes the basis on which we may process personal data we may collect from users of the Company’s mobile application and website at sible.network, including any of its subdomains (together, the “Services”), in accordance with applicable law. For purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Company is the controller. For the purposes of this Policy, “you” and “your” refers to you as a user of the Services.
Read this Policy carefully so that you understand your rights in relation to your personal data and how we might collect, use, and process it. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use, access, connect to, or interact with the Services, or otherwise provide your information to us.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: email address or phone number, username, and authentication credentials.
- Device information: device model, operating system and version, and a unique device or install identifier.
- Mining and usage activity: session and reward activity, bonus-feature usage, referral activity, streaks, and general in-app navigation.
- Technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP (country/region level only), language and locale settings, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
- Content you submit: support tickets, feedback, referral codes, and any material you submit for social or community tasks.
We may also use web beacons, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies, including those integrated by third-party service providers, to collect usage data about your access to and interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”). In our legitimate interest to provide and improve the Services, we may use the information above to create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data, which is no longer personal data and may be used for any purpose.
We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, government ID numbers, or payment card data through the Services.
2. How We Use This Information
We use the information above to:
- operate mining sessions and credit the mining, bonus, and referral rewards you earn;
- maintain your account and authenticate you across sessions and devices;
- run and audit the referral program;
- send account-, session-, and security-related notifications (we treat these as service messages, not marketing);
- monitor, debug, and improve app performance and reliability;
- detect and prevent multi-accounting, bots, referral abuse, ad fraud, and other conduct that violates our Terms of Use; and
- comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Advertising Partners
Certain in-app actions, including some mining and bonus features, require watching an ad before a reward is credited. These ads are served by third-party ad networks (for example, Google AdMob) and, where used, offerwall partners.
- These partners may independently collect device advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data under their own privacy policies.
- Where required by law (including in the EEA and UK), personalized ads are only shown with your consent, and you can review or change your ad preferences in-app.
- We receive confirmation from these partners that an ad was watched to completion so that we can credit the corresponding reward, and to help us detect fraudulent ad activity (e.g., emulators or ad-injection tools).
5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to create your account, run mining sessions, and deliver rewards.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Services.
- Consent: for personalized advertising and optional communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose data to comply with the law.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), to protect your information. Our infrastructure is hosted with cloud/hosting providers adhering to modern security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; any information you send us electronically may not be secure while in transit, and any transmission is at your own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, including to satisfy any applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Mining, Claim, and referral records may be kept longer where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to keep it.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the UK’s international data transfer addendum, unless the destination is recognized as providing an adequate level of protection.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and, for California residents, the CCPA), you may have the right to:
- access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you;
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent (e.g., for personalized ads) without affecting prior processing; and
- opt out of non-essential communications.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding, and we may have valid legal reasons to decline a request; where that happens, we’ll tell you why. We aim to respond without undue delay, and within one month where applicable law requires it (extendable by up to two further months for complex requests). If you’re in the EEA or UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
11. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the Sible app. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data, subject to the retention exceptions described in Data Retention above. If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] from your registered email address to request deletion.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us information should contact us.
13. Third-Party Links and Social Media
The Services may link to third-party websites or social media platforms, including for community and social tasks. We do not own, operate, or control these platforms, and their own privacy policies govern any information you provide there. If you open a link to a social media platform while logged in to your account there, that platform may associate your visit with your profile on it; log out first if you want to avoid this.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date; material changes will also be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
